How to use the dynamic UCS in AutoCAD 3D

Dynamic UCS in AutoCAD allows you to easily create 3D objects on the faces of three-dimensional bodies, regardless of the current UCS. Dynamic UCS in AutoCAD at a time automatically aligns the XY-plane of the UCS to one of the faces of the 3D three-dimensional body. When you move the crosshair close to the edges, when creating objects, faces are illuminated. When the command completes, the UCS returns to its original position.

Function Dynamic UCS incl. / Off. Dynamic UCS button in the status bar (the mode), or by pressing the F6 key on the keyboard.
